Highlights:  Jack went to school and did not go to the nurse. He said his head did not hurt when I picked him up after school. I gave him a hat and sunglasses to wear at recess, but he said he forgot them. In the evening, he struggled through homework and seemed upset and angry. He told me he had a moderate migraine (4 out of 10 pain).
