Highlights: Jack went to school this morning and seemed to be doing well. I did not receive a call from the nurse to indicate that he asked for Ibuprofen at school. When I picked him up, he said he had a moderate/5 out of 10 pain scale migraine, but he wanted to avoid taking too much Ibuprofen. He said his head started hurting when they went outside for recess and P.E. After school, he wanted to relax on the couch and watch TV. I let him for a while and then homework was very dramatic. He was in a bad mood the rest of the evening and very upset. I would be too if my head hurt that bad.

Highlights: Jack was OK throughout the day. In the afternoon, he went outside to play. The sun seems to have triggered a migraine. He came inside to rest and felt better later. He did not have to take pain medication
